Nowadays voice practices have become rather popular. However, you will hardly find a teacher who works with the voice as a part of human energy system. Yoga teachers rarely work with voice practices.
In this course Gurujas has subtly intertwined two approaches - Kundalini yoga teachings and various voice techniques.
How does it work? The answer is her 2x Grammy awards in the most discerning music competition.
Gurujas has a talent to explain complex things in simple way. And everything which seemed complicated becomes clear, simple and easy-to-do. She intertwines subtle spiritual matters with everyday life.
This unique course is a real treasury of knowledge and practices for working with your own sound, voice and energy.

This course is very practical. We will work with the voice through various practices. Concise description of this course can’t fully express the arrays of valuable information and all materials for practice which it contains. It will become your long-term support.
In addition to online sessions, you will be provided with videos for home practice in-between our meetings. You will have access to chat support where you can ask any arising questions. Replays of the sessions will be available for 1 year, until June 2026. Many course materials will stay with you forever.

Gurujas is the lead singer, a songwriter and a producer of “White Sun” band, 2х Grammy winner. A few years ago the recordings of “White Sun” have become the subject of research in two medical universities. The science has proved the healing power of the vibrations of their music.
