Eka Mai
The Universe Was Created through the Feminine
Eka Mai carries the vibration of original creation.
It’s a sound code that brings a woman’s energy back into alignment with her natural frequency - back to her original design, as we can say - where strength doesn’t require force, and creation happens without strain. Eka Mai is described as a ladder into the full power of womanhood, and as the root from which a woman truly grows into herself.
Yogic science teaches that when a woman’s awareness is primarily operating through the so-called “masculine” chakras – 1st, 3d, and 5th - survival, competition, willpower, projection, control - it creates imbalance. Over time it leads a woman to exhaustion and burnout. It’s not how nature meant it to be. A woman flourishes when 2d, 4th, and 6th chakras are active and balanced - when she nurtures life in all its forms, loves from the heart, embodies intuition, gentle strength, and steady resilience.
Eka Mai is the 30th pauri of Japji and it is considered the most essential pauri for every woman. It embodies the essence of femininity. It is the frequency that gave birth to creation and continues to sustain it. This pauri helps install the pure expression of the Divine Feminine within the aura. Most importantly, it helps realign the unnatural overemphasis on masculine energy, restoring balance, creative flow, and inner dignity.
