| Harijiwan Harijiwan has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1975. He is the founder of the 2x GRAMMY®-Award Winning band, White Sun. | The value of live interaction Since 2020, we’ve been practicing with Harijiwan online. In November 2025, we returned to live trainings. Anyone who’s attended a training even once says that being in Harijiwan’s field allows you to meet yourself without any masks, as if reality becomes more transparent, making it impossible to remain unawakened. When you practice with him, you can’t stay on the surface. It’s not his words that matter, but the field you step into, subtle and precise, tuned to a specific frequency. Things that would normally take years in practice can unfold in just a few days in his presence. You simply begin to resonate differently. Teachers like this are rare.
